Knowing the beaches of Phuket

I spent a bit 'more than a year in Phuket and arrived on the beaches of Phuket are familiar. Before I moved to Phuket I was not a big fan of beaches, but after seeing what the island had to offer, I finally heated.

For all visitors to the island of Phuket's beaches are one of the main draws. However, the most famous beach in Phuket is definitely that I would try to avoid them. The beach, which attracts more people every year, no matter how apparently is good advicewritten about the place is Patong Beach.

It is not credible, that people still flock Patong Beach and continue to leave with the same complaints. The food is too expensive, there are too many people, the beach is dirty and so on. There is a reason why people living in Phuket really only the courage to Patong Beach for the nightlife, or occasionally for shopping. It 's a bit of a dive. There are much better beaches on 'island of Phuket.

My personal favorite beach is PhuketAlways Mai Khao Beach. I visited Mai Khao Beach about three years ago. It was the first time I was in Phuket, but did not take long to decide which beaches to avoid.

Mai Khao Beach is a vast expanse of pristine paradise. There are countless places where there is nothing out of the sea of sand, and you. Are you beautiful nature and type of beach you see in the brochures do, all you have to do, go to Mai Khao.

However, most tourists leave in MayKhao, either because they get too far or too heavy. Mai Khao Beach is located north of Phuket and its reached a number of ways. The most obvious, if you are coming from Phuket Town is a way of songthaew much as possible and then hail a taxi to take the bike. Otherwise, you can rent bikes for just 200 baht or so and make the trip north.

The trip can last up to an hour away from Phuket Town, but it's definitely worth it.

Another beachreceives little attention Yanuar Beach, a small sandy beach just steps away from Nai Harn Beach. Go as the beaches of Phuket, Yanu is in high season when there are people to keep them clean large. In low season, is a kind of romantic charm and is a great place to watch the sunset, but it is usually an accumulation of rubbish along the beach.

There are plenty of other beaches along the coast of Phuket. They have to offer everyone. PatongBeach is definitely one to avoid, however.

After a trip, most of the beach destination in Thailand, I think if you do it right Phuket, you will have a better time, as ngan in places like Samui and Pha. Thailand has long been the tourist trail and the beach so no L 'aim is perfect, but Phuket is very close.
